Cor blimey. Guess that's a "strong levante" then...

3.3, overpowered, nuff said. Tried this strange custom board, heavy with no high nose rocker to get blown around. Any normal board and I would have been literally flying. Only did a few runs and it wasn't much fun. Only one or two other people were as brave/stupid as me, compared with 30-40 on the water on Sunday. Was hoping to sail today for 3-4 hours right up until my bus left, but only managed 30 mins before I whimped out.

Disappointing lack of TOW on Monday and Tuesday, but I've achieved what I wanted - to see what Tarifa is like, and to sail both the Poniente and Levante. From that point of view, a very successful 3 days.

However, what is not very successful is that in the 6 days I've been away the south coast has had 6, yep 6 successive days of wind. ARSE. I'm really starting to think 2005 is not going to be my year. Payback for a stonking 2004. :-<
